Once your order is placed, please note that we’re unable to make changes to your shipping address or order details — our process begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.

All full-priced items are eligible for return, exchange.

Our Policy

• Free returns for customers in the US.

Simply use our [returns portal] to begin the process.

• 14 days to decide.

You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of dispatch.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: shipping fees and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

• Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you.

• Exchanges are welcome.

You can exchange for any item of equal or lesser value.
